Anxiety
Anxiety can make you feel a multitude of ways: a sense of dread, your mind racing constantly and being unable to stop, feeling overwhelmed, being unable to sit still or feeling frozen in place, or like you can’t breathe or are under water gasping for air. However you experience anxiety, when it arrives it can leave you feeling completely out of control or unable to cope. Anxiety can be difficult to understand, but there are ways to live so that it doesn’t have such a firm grasp on you.
